Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve mocktails, coolers, shrubs, infusions, iced teas, fresh juices, and sparkling beverages as per standard recipes.

• Develop seasonal and signature beverages suitable for pastries, breakfast, and high-tea offerings.

• Prepare house-made syrups, cordials, purées, and infusions while maintaining proper labelling and shelf life.

• Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked beverage station.

• Follow FSSAI, food safety, hygiene, sanitation, storage, and FIFO standards.

• Control beverage portioning, wastage, and inventory costs.

• Interact with guests, recommend beverages, and handle dietary/allergen queries appropriately.

• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for smooth order flow during peak hours.

• Train and support junior bar/service team members on beverage recipes and techniques.

• Monitor beverage trends and contribute ideas for menu updates and promotions.

Mandatory Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Hospitality / Hotel Management or equivalent bartending/barista certification.

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in a café, restaurant, hotel, or bar, with strong exposure to non-alcoholic beverages.
