Job summary

Abacus Consultants seeks a seasoned IT/Application Support leader to drive 24x7 production support for payments systems. You will oversee L1/L3 teams, manage incidents and RCAs, and ensure change control while upholding RBI and PCI DSS compliance.

You will also coordinate with vendors, oversee disaster recovery planning and provide executive reporting. The ideal candidate has 12+ years in payments-focused IT support and strong ITIL experience.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in IT/Applications support (payments domain preferred)
• Strong ITIL, incident and service management experience
• Experience with high-volume transaction systems
• Hands-on with monitoring and ticketing tools (ServiceNow/JIRA)
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
