Job summary

Abacus Consultants in Bengaluru seeks a Senior IT/Application Support Lead to oversee payments domain operations, guiding L1-L3 support and ensuring 24x7 availability and SLA adherence. You will drive incident management, RCA, and change controls in a high-volume payments environment.

You will coordinate with vendors, ensure RBI/PCI DSS compliance and audits, and provide executive reporting, DR/BCP readiness, and governance across critical production systems.

Qualifications

• 12+ years IT/Application Support experience, payments domain preferred.
• Strong ITIL and incident & service management experience.
• Experience with high-volume transaction systems.
• Hands-on with monitoring & ticketing tools (ServiceNow/JIRA).
• Strong leadership & stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities
