Qualifications

• CA / MBA (Finance) from a reputed institution.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax and statutory compliance.
• Experience in corporate finance, accounting, banking and working capital management.
• Experience in MSME / Manufacturing / Infrastructure / Project-based organisations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Overall management of Accounts & Finance operations.
• Preparation and review of Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow and MIS reports.
• Monthly and annual financial closing and reporting.

Role & responsibilities

• Overall management of Accounts & Finance operations.
• Preparation and review of Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow and MIS reports.
• Monthly and annual financial closing and reporting.
• Budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Working capital and cash-flow management.
• Handling CC/OD limits, Bank Guarantees, Loans, LC and other banking facilities.
• Liaison and negotiation with banks and financial institutions.
• Monitoring receivables, payables and fund utilization.
• GST, TDS, Income Tax and other statutory compliances.
• Coordination with Statutory Auditors, Internal Auditors and Tax Consultants.
• Strengthening internal financial controls and risk-management systems.
• Monitoring customer outstanding and improving collection efficiency.
• Cost control and profitability analysis.
• Providing financial analysis and strategic inputs to the Directors/Management.
• Managing and mentoring the Accounts & Finance team.
• Ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards and financial regulations.

Preferred candidate profile
