Job summary

Poabs Granites in India seeks a Chartered Accountant to lead the Finance & Accounts function across the organization. The role demands managing financial accounting, reporting, finalization of accounts, and ensuring statutory compliance under GST, income tax, TDS, Companies Act, ROC.

You will oversee audits, strengthen internal controls, prepare budgets and forecasts, conduct cost and profitability analysis, manage cash flow and banking relations, and provide MIS insights to management.

Qualifications

• CA with 3+ years of post-qualification experience.
• Strong knowledge of GST, Income Tax, TDS, Companies Act and ROC compliance.
• Experience in audit management, internal controls, and risk management.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Chartered Accountant (CA) with a minimum of 3+ years of post-qualification experience.
• Strong experience in financial reporting and finalization of accounts.
• Sound knowledge of GST, Income Tax, TDS, Companies Act, and ROC compliance.
• Experience in handling statutory notices, assessments, and representation before authorities.
• Strong exposure to audit management, internal controls, and risk management.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and profitability analysis.
• Strong understanding of cash flow, working capital, banking, treasury, and fund management.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel.
• Strong knowledge of financial MIS and management reporting.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
