• 8-15 years of relevant experience in Accounts and Finance.
• Insurance industry experience is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, GST, TDS, financial reporting, and compliance.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Presentable and professional personality.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Tally, ERP systems, MS Excel, and accounting software.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable working in a startup and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
