Job summary

Amor Management Consultants is seeking a Finance & Accounts professional with hands-on experience in accounting, statutory compliance, MIS and plant finance activities, preferably from a manufacturing environment.

The role involves handling day-to-day accounting operations, reconciliations, GST/TDS/Income Tax compliance, and group reporting to the German parent with HGB reconciliation. ERP and Tally experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in core accounting and statutory compliance.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Good knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax and accounting processes.
• Strong ERP and MS Excel skills; hands-on Tally experience required.
• Exposure to ABAS ERP / MNC environment will be an advantage.
• CA-Inter / CMA-Inter is an added advantage.
• Good communication skills in English, Hindi and Marathi.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting operations including AP, AR, banking, fixed assets and GL.
• Perform vendor, customer and bank reconciliations, ledger scrutiny and ensure accuracy of books.
• Prepare workings and support timely compliance for GST, TDS and Income Tax.
• Maintain documentation and trackers for Companies Act, FEMA and statutory compliance.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly financial statements, schedules and MIS for management review.
• Support group reporting to the German parent, including data inputs for HGB reconciliation.
• Assist in product costing, inventory valuation and plant-level cost reporting.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and cash-flow preparation.
• Assist with statutory audits, audit schedules, ROC/secretarial compliance and documentation.
• Coordinate with outsourced Payroll, PF & ESIC service providers and validate compliance outputs.
