Job summary

Birlasoft in Pune seeks an HCM Functional Lead - Absence Expert with 7+ years IT experience, 4+ years in Absence. You will implement and support Oracle Cloud HCM Absence, shape solutions, and lead end-to-end configuration and workshops.

Responsibilities include designing complex Absence requirements, guiding integrations and reports, and ensuring clarity through documentation and stakeholder collaboration in an Agile setting.

Qualifications

• Total IT experience of 7+ years with 4+ years in Absence.
• Oracle Cloud HCM expert for implementation/support projects.
• End-to-end Absence configuration experience and design workshops.
• Experience with integrations, conversions and reports in HCM Cloud.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Onsite/offshore collaboration experience.

Responsibilities

• Shape Oracle Cloud solutions based on client requirements using Agile.
• Design and configure complex Absence requirements in HCM Cloud.
• Lead design workshops and prepare workbooks and docs for system design.
• Coordinate with technical streams on integrations, conversions and reports.
• Identify, assess and resolve complex functional issues.

Area(s) of responsibility

HCM Functional Lead - Absence Expert

Roles & Responsibilities

• Should have a total of at least 7+ years IT experience with a minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience on Absence
• Oracle cloud HCM expert and will be assigned to implementation/support projects where your domain experience on Absence will be used.
• Shape solutions within Oracle Cloud based on key client requirements following Agile methodology.
• Design, and build/configuration of complex requirements in Oracle HCM Cloud
• Conduct design workshops and create workbooks and documentation to support the system design.
• Work with technical streams and provide guidance on integrations, conversions and reports.
• Assist in the identification, assessment and resolution of complex functional issues/problems.

Product Skills

• Experience in client facing and working with multiple stakeholders/Business Teams (HR) teams
• Ability to do requirement gathering and mapping of the requirements with the Cloud product
• Should have done end to end configuration of Absence module
• Must be expert in module-based Fast Formulas in Absence
• Experience in functional design documentation and functional testing including integration and testing
• Experience in user acceptance testing support and post Go live support activities
• Understand the business requirements and interpret them to appropriate configurations on Oracle HCM Cloud
