Job summary

Blue Star Limited in Pune designs and tests electronics for its HVACR products. The role centers on design, verification and validation of electronics, ensuring DFM, reliability, cost targets and on-time delivery.

You will design schematics and PCB using Altium, simulate LTSpice, perform EMI/EMC and environmental testing, and troubleshoot field and production issues. 4–7 years' experience and a BE in Electronics are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering required.
• 4–7 years of hands-on experience designing and testing analog and digital electronics.
• Experience with schematics and PCB design using Altium.
• Experience testing electronics for EMI/EMC compliance.
• Proficiency with LTSpice circuit simulations.
• Soldering of SMD & PTH components; use of oscilloscope and multimeter.

Responsibilities

• Design, verify and validate electronics ensuring DFM, reliability, cost targets and on-time delivery.
• Perform EMI-EMC and environmental tests to prove reliability of designs.

What Your Role Entails

Design, Verification & Validation of Electronics as per the requirement.

What You’ll Do:

• To Design, Verify & Validate Electronics ensuring DFM, Reliability, Cost Targets & On-time Delivery.
• Perform EMI-EMC & Environmental test to prove reliability of designs.
• Prepare Schematic, BOM, Design Calculations & Test Reports.
• Simulate electronics circuits in LTSpice.
• Test & troubleshoot of electronic circuits for Field/Production issues.

Your success is grounded in

• 4 to 7 years of work experience with Bachelor's of Engineering in Electronics
• Hands On Experience in designing & Testing of analog & digital electronics circuits for 32bit Microcontroller based designs.
• Hands On Experience of designing Schematic & PCB using Altium PCB Designer. 3. Hands On Experience of testing Electronics for EMI-EMC compliance.
• Hands on experience of LTspice circuit simulation.
• Hands on experience in Soldering SMD & PTH Components.
• Understanding of Embedded FW. Experience in using Oscilloscope, Multimeter, LCR Meter
