Job summary

Acesoft Labs in Hyderabad, India, seeks a seasoned hardware verification engineer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in board bring-up, system debug, and validating PMIC-based power circuits. This role focuses on thorough verification and test plan development.

You will perform signal integrity measurements for I2C, UART, PCIe, DDR4/DDR5, and use oscilloscopes and logic analyzers. Python automation, soldering, and shipping coordination are part of the duties, ensuring robust hardware readiness.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in hardware verification and bring-up.
• Experience with power circuits (PMICs), DC-DC converters and LDOs.
• Proficiency in signal integrity measurements for I2C, UART, SMBus, JTAG, PCIe, ONFI, DDR4/DDR5.
• Familiarity with oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and lab automation using Python.
• Soldering/De-soldering skills and basic shipping/logistics coordination.

Responsibilities

• Develop HW verification test plans and measurement reports.
• Set up test benches for Electrical and Thermal testing.
• Create automation scripts to streamline tests.

Job description

JD & REQUIREMENT - Candidate with more than 5 years of experience in the below:

• Board bring up, system debug, Hardware verification and validation support, like Power circuit verification involving PMIC (Power Management ICs), DC-DC converters and LDOs.
• Signal Integrity measurements for low speed interfaces like I2C, UART, SMBus, JTAG etc.., Signal Integrity measurements for High-Speed interfaces like PCIe, ONFI, DDR4 and DDR5.
• Familiar in using equipment like oscilloscope and logic analyser.
• Equipment automation skills using Python scripts, basic experience in Soldering/De-Soldering, support in Shipping & Logistics coordination etc...

DELIVERABLES:

HW verification Test plan, Measurements reports, Automation scripts, Test setup arrangement for Electrical and Thermal testing, shipping and shipments tracking & Design support.
