Job summary

Recro is seeking a Hardware Asset Management professional to lead ServiceNow Discovery configurations and CMDB governance across EUC and data center assets.

You will administer HAM Pro, perform reconciliations between discovered data and physical stock, and run regular hardware audits with SOPs and runbooks.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HAM and CMDB governance experience.
• Hands-on expertise configuring and maintaining ServiceNow Discovery and ServiceNow HAM Pro.
• Strong understanding of EUC hardware and data center infrastructure.
• Certifications (preferred): CIS-Discovery, CIS-HAM, ITIL 4 Foundation, IAITAM CHAMP/CSAM.

Responsibilities

• Manage EUC and Data Center hardware assets across procurement, deployment, and lifecycle processes.
• Administer ServiceNow HAM/HAM Pro and reconcile inventory between discovered data and physical stock.

Job description

• ServiceNow Discovery (Mandatory): Configure, manage, and troubleshoot ServiceNow Discovery (MID Servers, IP scans, patterns, IRE) to ensure automated and accurate CI mapping in the CMDB.
• Hardware Lifecycle Governance: Manage EUC and Data Center hardware assets across procurement, tagging, stockroom replenishment, deployment, asset refresh, reclamation, and secure e-waste disposal.
• ServiceNow HAM & Data Integrity: Administer ServiceNow HAM / HAM Pro, performing routine inventory reconciliations between discovered data and physical stock to resolve data variances.
• Audits & Governance: Plan and execute periodic hardware audits, maintain asset risk registers, and develop operational SOPs and runbooks.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ Years of dedicated experience in Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and CMDB governance.
• Mandatory: Hands-on expertise configuring and maintaining ServiceNow Discovery and ServiceNow HAM / HAM Pro.
• Strong technical understanding of EUC hardware and Data Center infrastructure (servers, switches, storage).
• Certifications (Preferred): ServiceNow CIS-Discovery, ServiceNow CIS-HAM, ITIL 4 Foundation, or IAITAM (CHAMP/CSAM).
