Job summary

Cerebra seeks an experienced ServiceNow HAM Implementation Consultant/Senior Developer to lead end-to-end HAM projects. You will configure HAM Pro, integrate with discovery tools, and drive testing, deployment, and go-live while optimizing asset management workflows.

Responsibilities include requirement workshops, translating business needs into designs, maintaining CMDB data quality, and building reports and dashboards to support hardware assets, vendors, contracts, and stockrooms.

Qualifications

• Lead end-to-end HAM implementation, configuration, integration, testing, and optimization.
• Conduct requirement workshops and translate business needs into designs.
• Configure HAM Pro, manage asset records, stockrooms, vendors, contracts, and dashboards.
• Align CMDB between hardware assets and CIs and improve data quality.
• Integrate HAM with ServiceNow Discovery and SCCM/Intune.
• Develop flows, workflows, UI policies, reports and dashboards.

Essential Skills: ServiceNow HAM Implementation Consultant / Senior Developer Role Summary : Lead the end-to-end implementation| configuration| integration| testing| and optimization of ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management Professional. Implementation Responsibilities: Conduct requirement workshops; translate business requirements into solution designs; configure HAM Pro; support testing| deployment| go-live| and post-production stabilization. HAM Pro Configuration: Configure hardware models| asset records| stockrooms| consumables| vendors| contracts| Asset Manager Workspace| reports| and dashboards. Hardware model normalization and one-time inventory upload may also form part of the implementation scope. CMDB Alignment: Establish alignment between hardware assets and Configuration Items; support reconciliation; improve asset and CI data quality; identify duplicate| incomplete| or inconsistent records. Discovery and Integrations: Integrate HAM with ServiceNow Discovery and relevant inventory or endpoint-management sources such as SCCM and Intune| depending on the customer environment. Development Responsibilities: Configure Flow Designer flows| workflows| business rules| client scripts| UI policies| notifications| access controls| catalog items| reports| and dashboards.
