Job summary

Soho House & Co is seeking a proactive, guest‑centric team member to deliver exceptional customer service to members and guests across our gym facilities. You will handle memberships and administrative duties, keep the gym clean and well‑maintained, and build strong rapport with the membership community.

Ideal candidates are people‑oriented with strong problem‑solving skills, comfortable with systems, and able to lead a small team while ensuring safety and excellent service at all times.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to members and guests.
• Handle membership tasks and carry out administrative duties.
• Keep gym areas clean and well maintained during shifts.
• Build rapport with members and guests for a welcoming environment.
• Handle member enquiries in a friendly, efficient manner.
• Manage door entry and exit system effectively.
• Promote and sell memberships and initiatives.
• Maintain and clean all gym equipment.
• Ensure safety and enjoyment of members while using facilities.
• Follow safeguarding and Health & Safety procedures at all times.
• Seek solutions and resolve problems as they arise.
