Job summary

Devgn Cinex invites applications for a Guest Relations Executive to welcome guests and ensure a warm, professional experience at the cinema. You will assist with tickets, shows, seating, F&B, and general cinema services, ensuring smooth entry and seating while upholding service standards.

You will resolve guest concerns promptly, escalate issues when required, maintain cleanliness and Hygiene, and follow SOPs for safety and guest service.
