Job summary

Lion Engineering Consultants is seeking a diligent Housekeeping Attendant to maintain guest rooms to hotel standards, including bathrooms and balconies, and to ensure cleanliness before guest check-in.

You will change bed linens and replenish amenities, report maintenance issues, respond to guest requests courteously, and coordinate with Front Office and Maintenance to secure room readiness. Adherence to hygiene, safety and SOPs is required.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and balconies as per hotel standards.
• Change bed linens, towels, and replenish room amenities.
• Report maintenance issues and lost & found items promptly.
• Ensure rooms are prepared before guest check-in.
• Respond to guest requests courteously and efficiently.
• Maintain housekeeping carts and cleaning equipment.
• Follow hygiene, safety, and SOP guidelines at all times.
• Coordinate with the Front Office and Maintenance teams for room readiness.
