Job summary

Taj Safaris in Ahmedabad is seeking a guest relations associate to provide courteous, professional, and personalized assistance to guests throughout their stay.

You will handle enquiries, requests, and feedback in a timely manner while coordinating with housekeeping, F&B, front desk, and other departments to fulfill guest needs. You will also assist guests with information on hotel facilities and local attractions, resolving routine concerns and maintaining accurate records.
