Job summary

Della Resorts and Adventure in Pune invites a Guest Relations professional to greet guests, handle queries, coordinate with Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping, Spa and other departments to ensure a seamless stay.

The role emphasizes VIP handling, post-stay follow-ups, promoting resort facilities, and maintaining grooming and hospitality standards. A graduate/diploma in hotel management and 1–2 years in hospitality are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest relations or front office in luxury hotels or resorts preferred.
