You will handle queries, requests, feedback, and complaints with professionalism, coordinating with Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping, Spa, and other departments to fulfill guest requirements.

The role focuses on VIP handling, special occasions, and proactive guest engagement, while maintaining high standards of grooming and hospitality.

Qualifications

• Graduate or Diploma in Hotel Management / Hospitality preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in Guest Relations / Front Office / Hospitality

• Ensure professional grooming, etiquette, communication, and hospitality standards at all times.
