Job summary

Della Resorts and Adventure in Pune, India, seeks a guest services professional to provide personalized service across guest stays, welcomes upon arrival, assists with check-in, and coordinates luggage.

You will attend to guest requests promptly, liaise with Front Office, Housekeeping and F&B, and support VIP arrangements while upholding luxury service standards and confidentiality.
