Job summary

FLAME University is seeking a dynamic Guest Relations Executive to manage guest interactions and uphold a high standard of service and hospitality, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

You will greet guests, manage front desk operations, handle queries, coordinate with internal departments for arrangements and logistics, and assist in meetings and events while ensuring a seamless guest experience. Fluency in English and Hindi is preferred.
