Job summary

Accor in Ahmedabad, India is seeking a Guest Relations Team Leader to oversee all duties of the Guest Relations section during shifts. You will ensure guests are checked in and out promptly with warmth, and you will provide concise information about hotel services and facilities.

The ideal candidate has hospitality training and at least 2 years' experience in a similar role, plus the ability to enhance organizational performance and guest satisfaction.
