The organization focuses on early detection of cancers and lifestyle-related diseases in individuals who may not yet show symptoms, improving the chances of timely intervention and effective treatment. NURA operates dedicated screening centers designed to make health checkups accessible, streamlined, and reliable. Centers are currently located in Bengaluru, Gurugram, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Calicut, and Chennai, offering opportunities to work within a growing network of preventive healthcare facilities.

Role Description The Guest Relation Executive is a full-time, on-site role based at the NURA center in Chennai. The role involves welcoming guests, managing front desk operations, coordinating appointments, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. The Guest Relation Executive will answer inquiries, guide guests through screening procedures, and liaise with clinical and administrative teams to support a seamless experience. Daily tasks include handling phone and in-person queries, maintaining records, supporting basic sales of packages and services, and resolving guest concerns in a professional and courteous manner. The individual in this role will represent NURA’s commitment to compassionate, efficient, and high-quality preventive healthcare.

Qualifications

• Strong guest relations and customer service skills, with the ability to create a welcoming and empathetic environment.
• Effective communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and active listening.
• Experience with receptionist duties and front desk operations, including appointment scheduling and managing visitor flow.
• Basic sales skills, with the ability to explain services and screening packages and support conversions in an ethical manner.
• Proficiency in using computers and clinic management or CRM software; comfort with handling digital records and bookings.
• Prior experience in healthcare, hospitality, or service-focused environments is beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Chennai, including rotating shifts if required, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Minimum qualification: high school diploma; a degree or certification in hospitality, healthcare administration, or related fields is an advantage.
