Job summary

VFS Global in Mahalaxmi Mumbai invites applications for a Guest Relations Executive (GRE) in the Waiting Lounge. You will welcome guests, ensure a positive lounge experience, handle queries, coordinate with internal teams and maintain cleanliness and order.

Ideal candidates have excellent communication, customer service orientation and a professional appearance. Bachelor's degree preferred; guest relations experience is a plus.

Job Title: Guest Relations Executive (GRE) - Waiting Lounge

• 5 days working - Weekend off


• Working Hours: 7:45 AM to 5:50 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests in the waiting lounge.


• Ensure a positive and professional guest experience.


• Address guest queries and provide information as required.


• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lounge area.


• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth guest handling.


• Monitor guest comfort and promptly resolve concerns.
