Job summary

DecisionX AI in Bengaluru is seeking a hands-on student to join the founding team and own GTM engine tasks across marketing, outbound and demos. This is a hands-on role with real ownership and a front-row seat to how a startup grows.

You will research target accounts, build lead lists, support GTM outreach and analyze performance, turning numbers into actionable recommendations. A mentor-from-founder environment offers real ownership and a potential pre-placement offer.

Qualifications

• Strong written and spoken communication.
• Good eye for clean, simple presentations (PowerPoint, Google Slides or Canva).
• Strong research skills and comfort with numbers (Excel/Google Sheets).
• Ability to work independently with curiosity and action bias.

About the role

Work directly with the founder and own real pieces of our go-to-market (GTM) engine across marketing, outbound and demos. This is a hands-on role with real ownership and a front-row seat to how a startup grows.

What you'll do

• Run our GTM Engines - write posts, plan and promote webinars, and keep our channels consistent.
• Research target accounts, build lead lists and support GTM outreach.
• Track and analyze GTM performance across hunting, farming and post-sales expansion, and turn the numbers into simple recommendations
• Take on founder projects: market research, competitor analysis, and building clear pitch decks.
• Bring your own ideas to improve what we do.

What we’re looking for

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree from a reputed B School / Engg university
• Strong written and spoken communication
• Good eye for clean, simple presentations (PowerPoint, Google Slides or Canva)
• Strong research skills and comfort with numbers (Excel/Google Sheets)
• Ability to figure things out independently, with curiosity, ambition and a bias for action
• Anything you’ve built on your own (a club, a page, a side project) is a big plus
