Job summary

FIROBLOCK is a Hyderabad-based manufacturer of passive fire protection products. They seek a Fractional GTM Head / Business Consultant to lead a pan-India rollout, delivering a 25-page DPR, pricing, working capital, and capacity planning for 1000 sqm/week production.

Ideal candidate has 10-15 years in passive fire protection with networks across facade consultants and fire contractors in Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years experience in passive fire protection / firestop / fire curtains / facade
• Existing network of facade consultants + fire contractors + builders in Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore
• Based in Hyderabad / Mumbai / Delhi / Bangalore; willing to visit Hyderabad factory 1-2 days/month
• Can work fractional - 3-4 days per week for first 3 months, then 3 days per month

Responsibilities

• Pan-India Business Plan (25-page DPR) - including 3-year P&L, pricing, working capital, factory capacity planning (1000 sqm/week)
• Route-to-Market: finalize Approved Applicator model vs Direct vs C&F with margin sheet and agreement
• Spec Lock Strategy: list + approach plan for top 30 facade consultants; top 100 fire consultants + PMCs
• Appoint 8 Approved Applicators pan-India (Mumbai-2, Delhi-2, Bangalore, Chennai, Pune, Ahmedabad) with training SOP
• Bring first 3 reference projects (Rs 50L+ each) via own network

Role: Fractional GTM Head / Business Consultant

We need someone who has DONE pan-India rollout for fire protection products before - not a generic consultant.

Deliverables in 90 days:

1. Pan-India Business Plan (25-page DPR) - Including 3-year P&L, pricing, working capital, factory capacity planning (1000 sqm/week)

2. Route-to-Market: Finalize Approved Applicator model vs Direct vs C&F - with margin sheet and agreement

3. Spec Lock Strategy: List + approach plan for top 30 facade consultants (Meinhardt, Inhabit, Thomas Bell-Wright) + top 100 fire consultants + PMCs

4. Appoint 8 Approved Applicators pan-India (Mumbai-2, Delhi-2, Bangalore, Chennai, Pune, Ahmedabad) - with training SOP

5. Bring first 3 reference projects (Rs 50L+ each) via own network

Ideal Candidate:

10-15 years experience in passive fire protection / firestop / fire curtains / facade - Must have worked with Hilti / 3M / Promat / Coopers / Kent / SRI / Synergy

Existing network of facade consultants + fire contractors + builders in Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore

- Based in Hyderabad / Mumbai / Delhi / Bangalore - Willing to visit Hyderabad factory 1-2 days/month

- Can work fractional - 3-4 days per week for first 3 months, then 3 days per month
