Job Summary: Switchgear Control Technics Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated and detail-orientedTendering Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing,submitting, and managing tenders for our switchgear products, ensuring alignment with clientrequirements and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and compile detailed tender documents, ensuring compliance with clientspecifications and company policies.

Collaborate with engineering and project teams to develop accurate cost estimates forswitchgear projects, considering materials, labour, and overhead.

Utilize knowledge of switchgear systems and industry standards to provide accurate technicalinput during the tendering process.

Conduct research on market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies to createcompetitive proposals.

Serve as the main point of contact for clients during the tendering phase, addressing inquiriesand providing clarifications as needed. Maintain organized records of all tender submissions, contracts, and related correspondence.

Work closely with sales, engineering, and project management teams to ensure a smoothtransition from tendering to project execution.

Identify opportunities for enhancing the tendering process and contribute to the developmentof best practices.

Proven experience in tendering or bid management, preferably in the electrical or constructionsectors.
