Job summary

Accor is seeking a Hospitality Associate for guest-facing F&B service at our hotel. You will greet guests, present menus, take orders, and ensure timely service with attention to detail.

Coordinate with kitchen/bar and handle inquiries professionally while upholding hygiene and safety standards. You will develop product knowledge, assist with billing, and support setup for banquets and events, contributing to a seamless dining experience for diverse guest profiles.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management or equivalent qualification.
• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in food and beverage service within a hotel, restaurant, or similar hospitality establishment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage guests from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational abilities, and time management skills to handle multiple tasks during peak service periods.

• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and service protocols
• Preferred: Multilingual abilities or experience with digital ordering systems
