Job summary

Accor is hiring a Guest Service Associate (GSA) - Food & Beverage for Mercure Hyderabad KCP, India. You will greet guests, take orders, and ensure exceptional dining experiences while maintaining high hygiene and service standards.

Ideal candidates have 1 year in hotel/F&B ops, strong customer focus, and solid English communication. Flexible shifts, including weekends, are required to support hotel operations across departments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in hotel operations or F&B service.
• Strong service-focused personality with excellent interpersonal skills.

• Thorough knowledge of F&B service standards and procedures.
• Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP).
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Basic math skills for handling financial transactions.
• Ability to memorize menu items and make recommendations to guests.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to HACCP and food safety guidelines at all times.
• Assist in opening/closing procedures and restaurant operations.
• Support other F&B outlets during peak times as required.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

• Support other Food & Beverage outlets during peak times or as required
