Role Description The Growth Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon, responsible for driving measurable growth for clients through data-led experimentation and performance optimization. Day-to-day tasks include planning and executing growth strategies, running and monitoring multi-channel campaigns, and analyzing performance data to identify opportunities for improvement. The role involves close collaboration with sales, product, and marketing teams to design growth funnels, manage projects, and ensure timely delivery of initiatives. The Growth Specialist will also prepare reports and insights for clients, test new tools and tactics, and contribute to refining growthZ.ai’s AI-enabled growth solutions.
