WedMeGood: India's Favourite Wedding Planning Platform is seeking a hands‑on Growth & Automation Manager in the Delhi NCR region. The role spans across Product, Tech, Data, Marketing and Operations to drive experiments, automations and scalable growth solutions.
You will own growth initiatives from acquisition to retention, use insights to diagnose opportunities, and build lightweight tools to accelerate impact while collaborating with senior leadership.
WedMeGood is looking for a highly hands-on Growth & Automation Manager to join our team. This individual will work across businesses and departments, rather than being tied to a single vertical or function.
Location: Delhi NCR
Experience: 4–8 years
This is a 0→1 role for someone who enjoys taking ambiguous business problems and turning them into experiments, products, automations and scalable systems. You won't be working within a fixed playbook. You'll use data, customer insights, technology and experimentation to identify opportunities, build solutions, measure what works and scale successful ideas. This is not a traditional marketing role, a strategy-only role, or a consulting role. You will work closely with senior leadership and teams across Product, Tech, Data, Marketing and Operations to take problems from hypothesis → execution → measurable outcome.
We care more about how you think and execute than about a particular background. You could have worked in growth, product, engineering, business operations, founder's office or an early-stage startup.
You do not need to be a full-time engineer. But you should be comfortable enough with technology to understand what is possible, build simple solutions yourself and work effectively with technical teams when a problem requires deeper engineering.
This is not a pure performance marketing role, a pure analytics role or a consulting role where somebody else executes your recommendations. We are looking for someone whose instinct when faced with a difficult problem is: Understand it → Form a hypothesis → Build → Test → Learn → Repeat. If that sounds like how you naturally work, we'd love to hear from you.
