Summer Health in India seeks a Growth Specialist to lead growth and marketing for our product in the Indian market. You will drive user acquisition, adoption, and revenue expansion with end-to-end growth initiatives.

You will prototype and execute growth experiments, analyse data from analytics tools, optimise campaigns across SEO/SEM and paid channels, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to scale impact.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in B2B SaaS growth and demand generation, with at least half of that focused on the Indian market.
• Experience leading a minimum revenue generation of $1000 for a start-up or organization.
• Has worked with a product that went from near-zero to traction in an Indian vertical.
• Proven experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of the Indian market landscape and consumer behavior.
• Experience with user acquisition, retention strategies, and conversion optimization.
• Proficiency in data analysis and using analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Mixpanel.
• Experience with SEO, SEM and paid advertising campaigns.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead growth initiatives end-to-end.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Familiarity with A/B testing is a plus.
• Fluency in English.
• Understanding of the Indian hiring ecosystem.
• Must reside in India.
