Job summary

Saturn Labs in Bengaluru, India, is seeking a growth-minded leader to own strategic growth projects and help run our US operations. This high-ownership role includes owning the P&L for projects and working closely with vendors, operators, and customers to drive data collection and expansion.

You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, forecast data demand and contributor capacity, and scale a thousands-strong contributor base.

What You Will Do

We’re hiring someone to lead strategic growth projects and assist in running our US operations. This is a high-ownership role: you would own the P&L for projects and operations; work closely with our vendors, operators, and customers, and do whatever it takes to increase the volume of high-quality data we collect.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
• Can manage and scale a contributor base of thousands of people
• Is comfortable forecasting data demand and contributor/supply capacity
• Can work closely with customers and vendors to unblock operations and drive growth
• Is comfortable overlapping with EST/PST hours

The role is based in India for now. Compensation has no cap and bonuses are very strongly linked to the PnL you own.
