Marketing Specialist (IT Products & Services)

Location: Gurugram Sector 74A

Type: Full-time, On-site (5 days a week)

Working Hours: US Shift (7 PM 4 AM IST)

Role Overview

We are currently seeking a Markrting Specialist to build and strengthen our digital presence across platforms for our IT Products, Cloud, Data, and IT Services division.

This is not a pure SEO role. The primary focus is on brand positioning, thought leadership, tech-driven content creation, and multi-channel campaign execution in a B2B IT environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Build brand visibility across LinkedIn, Meta, Google, and other digital platforms
• Create high-quality content on IT topics (Cloud, AI, Data Engineering, DevOps, Cybersecurity and more)
• Write and publish blogs, landing pages, and campaign content using WordPress
• Plan and execute:
  • Email marketing campaigns
  • Social media campaigns
  • Paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads)
• Create marketing creatives using Canva or similar tools
• Support short-form video content for social media
• Track engagement metrics and optimize campaigns for visibility and lead generation
• Collaborate with sales and leadership teams to align messaging and branding

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 1+ years of experience in digital marketing or brand marketing
• Experience in handling multiple Social Media Channels like LinkedIn, Meta, X etc.
• Ability to understand and write content / blogs on technical IT topics using AI
• Hands on with photo and video editing tools like Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator and Premiere or similar
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Self-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• MUST BE READY TO WORK IN US SHIFTS ( 7PM to 4 AM IST)

Nice-to-Have Skills (Not Mandatory)

• Exposure to B2B IT marketing
• Experience with WordPress (blogs, landing pages, updates)
• Experience running paid ad campaigns and email campaigns
• Basic understanding of SEO best practices (secondary focus)
• Experience with marketing automation or CRM tools
• Basic video editing skills
