Job summary

ViaCareers in Wakad-Hinjewadi, Pune, is seeking a Growth Manager for a full-time, on-site role from 9:00AM to 5:00PM, Monday to Saturday. You will lead a team of counsellors and manage leads in HubSpot to ensure accurate data and strong engagement with prospects.

You will drive WhatsApp and Email marketing campaigns, proactively contact leads, and coordinate with marketing and counselling teams to improve enrolment conversions.

Qualifications

• Marketing and sales understanding is preferred.
• Experience with CRM platforms and lead management is desirable.
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
