Qualifications

• 3–6 years of growth marketing experience in Beauty/Personal Care or D2C/e-commerce.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Business; MBA is a plus.

• Excellent project management and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Growth Strategy Development: Define and implement the growth strategy for customer acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization, aligning with the company's overall business objectives.
• Data-Driven Analysis: Use data and analytics to identify growth opportunities, customer behavior trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive decision-making.
• Marketing Campaigns: Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive traffic, increase conversions, and enhance brand visibility.
• A/B Testing & Experimentation: Lead A/B testing initiatives and experiments to optimize conversion rates, user experience, and campaign performance.
• Partnerships & Collaboration: Establish strategic partnerships and collaborate with internal teams to leverage opportunities for growth.
• Budget Management: Manage the growth budget effectively, ensuring a high return on investment (ROI) for all growth initiatives.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor, analyze, and report on growth performance and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Experience: 3-6 years of experience in growth marketing, or a similar role in Beauty and Personal Care, or D2C/ e-commerce environment.
• Education: B.tech/Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset and the ability to interpret complex data and analytics.
• Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in growth marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, HubSpot, SEMrush), A/B testing platforms, and data visualization tools.
• Project Management: Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Leadership: Proven experience in leading and mentoring teams, with strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach.
