Responsibilities

• Lead customer acquisition, revenue growth, and brand visibility through performance marketing initiatives across multiple digital platforms.
• Develop and execute high-performing campaigns across major and emerging ad platforms.
• Optimize bidding strategies, audience targeting, and placements to maximize ROI and acquisition goals.
• Continuously test and refine ad creatives, landing pages, and conversion funnels.
• Monitor and analyze key metrics including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and LTV.
• Conduct A/B testing and implement data-driven optimizations to improve conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in performance/growth marketing with a proven track record of scaling paid campaigns and delivering measurable ROI. Experience working with or managing growth for companies such as Bellavita, BetterAlt India, Mosaic wellness will be highly preferred.
• Develop and execute high-performing campaigns across major and emerging ad platforms.
• Optimize bidding strategies, audience targeting, and placements to maximize ROI and acquisition goals.
• Continuously test and refine ad creatives, landing pages, and conversion funnels.
• Monitor and analyze key metrics including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and LTV.
• Conduct A/B testing and implement data-driven optimizations to improve conversion rates.
• Leverage analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and attribution platforms for performance tracking.
• Identify new audience segments and expansion opportunities across channels.
• Build and scale lookalike, interest-based, and retargeting campaigns to improve acquisition and retention.
