Job summary

Scribbld India is seeking a Junior Brand Solutions Executive to join our Brand Solutions team. You will work closely with clients and internal creatives to manage social media accounts, execute content strategies, and ensure outputs align with brand objectives.

This hands-on role requires thinking beyond posting—understanding why, how, and the impact of content. You will collaborate with Copy, Design, Video, and Influencer teams to deliver compelling campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• Prior experience in social media, brand solutions or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and content formats.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to understand brands and translate objectives into social media communication.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Creative thinking and an eye for good content.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Create, curate and manage relevant, high-quality content.
• Stay updated with social media trends, formats, tools and best practices.
• Coordinate with clients to understand requirements, feedback and expectations.
• Manage day-to-day communication and ensure timely execution of deliverables.
• Work towards building strong and professional client relationships.

• Coordinate briefs, feedback and approvals to ensure smooth execution.
• Ensure content is aligned with the brand's communication and objectives.
• Monitor social media interactions, comments and messages.

• Track social media performance and key metrics.
• Prepare monthly reports with relevant insights and recommendations.
• Evaluate campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support and oversee social media advertising campaigns.
• Monitor budgets, targeting and campaign performance.
