Job summary

EVENT DEX, Mumbai-based design studio, seeks a creative Graphic Designer with hands-on experience in the Events/MICE/Experiential industry. You will craft stage designs, branding concepts, and print-ready artwork for a variety of corporate events, conferences, launches and awards.

Qualifications

• Hands‑on experience in graphic design for events / MICE / experiential industry.
• Strong sense of layout, typography, colour, composition and visual hierarchy.
• Event branding, print/production artwork and stage design experience.
• Portfolio in Event/MICE is mandatory.
• Good knowledge of print and production artwork.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts, event themes and visual identities for corporate events, conferences, dealer meets, award nights and product launches.
• Design stages, LED screens, backdrops, entrance gates, registration areas, photo booths and venue branding.
• Create print-ready artwork for backdrops, standees, flex/vinyl, signage, invitations, certificates, merchandise and event collaterals.
• Ensure correct dimensions, resolution, bleed, colour modes and production specifications.
• Adapt designs according to venue dimensions and production requirements.
• Create mood boards, theme boards and visual references from client briefs.
• Coordinate with Client Servicing, Production, Operations, printers and fabricators.
• Handle multiple projects, revisions and tight event deadlines.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with prior experience in the Events / MICE / Experiential industry.

The candidate should have hands‑on experience in stage design, theme development, event branding, print-ready artwork and event collaterals, with a strong understanding of how creative concepts are translated into actual event setups.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts, event themes and visual identities for corporate events, conferences, dealer meets, award nights and product launches.
• Design stages, LED screens, backdrops, entrance gates, registration areas, photo booths and venue branding.
• Create print-ready artwork for backdrops, standees, flex/vinyl, signage, invitations, certificates, merchandise and event collaterals.
• Ensure correct dimensions, resolution, bleed, colour modes and production specifications.
• Adapt designs according to venue dimensions and production requirements.
• Create mood boards, theme boards and visual references from client briefs.

Software Skills

Mandatory: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator & CorelDRAW

Added Advantage: InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, SketchUp / Basic 3D & AI Design Tools

Preferred Experience

• 1–4 years of experience in Graphic Design.
• Prior experience in Events / MICE / Experiential / Exhibition preferred.
• Hands‑on experience in Stage Design, Theme Design, Event Branding & Print/Production Artwork.
• Event/MICE portfolio is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of print and production artwork.
• Good understanding of dimensions, scale, resolution and printing processes.
• Strong sense of layout, typography, colour, composition and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to understand and execute creative briefs independently.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight event deadlines.
