Job summary

BookEventz.com is seeking a creative 3D Designer to conceptualize, design, and visualize stage setups, event experiences, and exhibition stalls. You will collaborate with production and sales to translate client briefs into compelling 3D concepts that align with brand guidelines.

The role requires strong command of 3D software, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced event environment in Mumbai.

Qualifications

• Understanding of materials, fabrication techniques, and on-ground constraints.

Responsibilities

• Design innovative and functional 3D layouts for corporate events, wedding setups, experiential zones, and exhibition stalls.
• Understand client briefs and translate them into visually appealing design solutions.
• Develop stage designs, venue layouts, entrance archways, kiosks, and branding elements in 3D.
• Collaborate with production, fabrication, and client servicing teams to ensure design feasibility.
• Prepare and deliver high-quality 3D renders, walkthroughs, and mockups using industry standard software.
• Maintain consistency in designs while adapting to different event themes and brand guidelines.
• Create mood boards and visual themes for presentations and pitches.

Requirements

• Proficiency in 3Ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray/Corona, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Strong portfolio showcasing experience in event setups, stage design, and exhibition stall design.
• Good understanding of materials, fabrication techniques, and on-ground execution constraints.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight timelines. Strong visualization, creativity, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in 3D Design, Interior Design, Event Design, or a related field.
• Prior experience in event agencies or exhibition design firms preferred.
