Job summary

TMW Experiential Marketing LLP is seeking a seasoned graphic designer to craft immersive visual identities for live events in Mumbai. You will lead the creative process from concept to print-ready production, delivering stage sets, branding, and promotional collateral.

With 5+ years in Event Management or Experiential Marketing, you will collaborate with Production and Operations to ensure designs translate practically on site while adhering to brand guidelines and deadlines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Event Management or Experiential Marketing with a strong portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Understand client briefs and develop creative concepts and visual designs for events.
• Create designs for stage backdrops, LED screens, kiosks, stalls, booths, arches, photo zones and event spaces.
• Design large-format graphics for event branding and ensure artwork is production-ready.
• Develop event collaterals such as invitations, standees, banners, signage, certificates, badges, brochures and promos.
• Adapt designs to different event sizes, formats and branding requirements.
• Prepare print-ready artwork and final production files with correct dimensions, resolution, bleed and color.

Job description

Role & responsibilities:

• Understand client briefs and develop creative concepts and visual designs for events.
• Create designs for stage backdrops, LED screens, kiosks, stalls, booths, arches, photo zones and event spaces.
• Design large-format graphics for event branding and ensure artwork is suitable for production.
• Develop event collaterals such as invitations, standees, banners, signage, certificates, badges, brochures and promotional materials.
• Adapt designs according to different event sizes, formats, and branding requirements.
• Prepare print-ready artwork and final production files with correct dimensions, resolution, bleed, and Colo Make creative revisions based on client feedback and project requirements.
• Maintain consistency with the client's brand guidelines, colors, fonts, and visual identity.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously and ensure designs are delivered within strict event deadlines.
• Support the team during last-minute changes and urgent event requirements.
• Develop creative assets for digital screens, social media, presentations and event communication when required.
• Work closely with the Production and Operations teams to ensure the creative can be executed practically at the event venue.
• Coordinate with vendors and printers whenever needed to ensure accurate production and execution.
• Create mood boards, design references and presentations for client pitches and internal discussions.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in graphic design, event branding, experiential marketing, and visual communication.
• Ensure high attention to detail across all creative outputs and minimize errors before final production.
