Job Summary

This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role located in Pune. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visual concepts and designs aligned with the company's branding and event themes. Key responsibilities include designing logos, developing graphics for promotional materials, collaborating with the marketing team, and ensuring high-quality visual output. The role demands attention to detail and creativity to produce compelling designs that captivate the target audience.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and design 2D visual content including banners, brochures, posters, packaging, and social media creatives.
Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to deliver visually appealing campaigns.
Create illustrations, icons, and infographics as needed.
Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency.
Prepare final artwork for print and digital production.
Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and technologies.
Work closely with 3D, video, and motion graphics teams when required.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
Proven experience as a 2D Designer or Graphic Designer (preferably in an agency or brand environment).
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects is a plus).
Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy.
Creative thinking and attention to detail.
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
