Job summary

Common Service Centres (CSC) invites a Graphic Designer to craft visually engaging communication materials for the Tele-Law programme. You will design awareness, outreach, and reporting creatives aligned with government guidelines.

Role Overview

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually engaging and informative communication materials to support the Tele-Law Programme. The role focuses on designing awareness, outreach, and reporting creatives aligned with DISHA Tele Law programme objectives and government communication guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Creative Design: Develop posters, banners, infographics, social media creatives, and IEC materials including short videos for Tele-Law/DISHA campaigns.
• Brand Compliance: Ensure all designs adhere to Tele-Law, DoJ, and CSC branding guidelines.
• Content Visualization: Convert programme data, reports, and concepts into visually appealing formats.
• Campaign Support: Design materials for awareness drives, workshops, and events.
• Digital & Print Assets: Create designs suitable for both online platforms and print use.
• Coordination: Work closely with DoJ -DISHA PMU teams to understand requirements and deliver creatives within timelines.

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in graphic design (preferably in development/government sector)

Skills Required

• Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, etc.)
• Strong visual storytelling and layout skills.
• Understanding of social media and digital design trends.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Basic understanding of government programmes/IEC campaigns preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

Terms of engagement

• The nature and terms of engagement will be a consultant with a contract period for one year extendable subjected to performance and extension of the project.
• This contract/ service shall not amount to any employment obligation on a regular basis in the future.
