Experience: 3-5 Years Location: Hyderabad (Full-Time) Reports To: Creative Director Role Objective: Translate brand strategy into high-performing visual assets optimized for digital distribution. Execute high-quality visual assets aligned with brand strategy and campaign objectives. KPIs: Thumbnail CTR improvement Social engagement rate on designed posts Design turnaround time Campaign brand kits Design templates for scale Tools: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, Canva (advanced), After Effects (basic preferred), AI tools for image generation, video creation etc CorelDraw etc Salary Bandwidth: ₹3,20,000 - ₹4,50,000 per annum

Requirements

• Design thumbnails, carousels, banners, pitch decks, show covers,social creatives, ads, brochures and brand assets
• Create platform-specific creatives (YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, WhatsApp)
• Develop templates for recurring content formats
• Assist Creative Director in visual consistency
• Design event and on-ground branding materials
• Create logo systems and visual identities
• Prepare files for print and digital publishing
• Adapt campaign creatives across formats
• Support performance marketing with ad creatives
