Job summary

Start Above Llp is seeking a graphic designer to craft engaging visuals for social media, campaigns, and branding across multiple digital platforms from our Pune studio.

Candidates should have 1–3 years of experience in graphic design, with proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and CorelDRAW, and a solid understanding of typography, color theory, and layout. A strong portfolio is essential.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in graphic designing, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising environment.
• Strong knowledge of graphic design principles, typography, colour theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to translate briefs into compelling designs for social media, campaigns, and branding materials.

Role & Responsibilities

• Create engaging and visually appealing graphics for social media, digital marketing campaigns, websites, advertisements, and branding materials.
• Develop creative designs for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and other digital platforms.
• Design social media posts, reels covers, banners, promotional creatives, brochures, presentations, and marketing collaterals.
• Understand client requirements and convert concepts/briefs into effective visual communication.
• Maintain brand consistency across all creative assets.
• Collaborate with the content, social media, and marketing teams to develop creative campaigns.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery.
• Adapt designs based on client feedback and internal reviews.
• Stay updated with latest design trends, social media formats, typography, layouts, and visual styles.
• Ensure all final creatives meet quality, branding, and platform-specific requirements.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 1-3 years of experience in graphic designing, preferably in a digital marketing agency, advertising agency, or creative environment.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw, and other relevant design tools.
• Good understanding of graphic design principles, typography, colour theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience in creating social media and digital marketing creatives will be an advantage.
• Ability to understand creative briefs and translate ideas into compelling designs.
• Good sense of creativity, aesthetics, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and work within deadlines.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team.
• Candidates with knowledge of basic video editing, motion graphics, or reel editing will be preferred.
• A strong portfolio showcasing previous design work is required.
