Position: Graphic Designer

Job Summary

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs that enhance the company's brand identity across digital and print platforms. The role also includes designing website layouts, digital assets, and marketing materials while ensuring a consistent brand experience across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Design marketing and promotional materials, including brochures, flyers, banners, social media creatives, presentations, product packaging, and advertisements.
• Design and maintain website layouts, landing pages, banners, icons, and other web graphics to enhance user experience and brand consistency.
• Collaborate with the website development team to implement design concepts and optimize website visuals.
• Create digital content for websites, email campaigns, and social media platforms.
• Develop creative concepts aligned with the company's brand guidelines.
• Edit images, illustrations, and basic videos for digital marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, HR, and other departments to deliver high-quality design solutions.
• Ensure consistency in branding across all digital and print communication.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, UI/UX best practices, and emerging design tools.
• Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
• 25 years of experience in graphic design, website designing, or digital media.

Key Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.
• Experience designing website layouts and web graphics; familiarity with WordPress or similar CMS is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and video editing tools is an added advantage.
• Strong creativity, attention to detail, and time management skills.
