Job summary

Indus Towers is seeking a fresh BE/B.Tech (EEE/ECE) graduate for a field role in Tamil Nadu. You will be responsible for safe and efficient operations and maintenance of tower sites, aiming for maximum uptime with cost and energy savings.

Preferred candidates hold BE/B.Tech in EEE/ECE with 60% marks across Xth, XIIth and Graduation, own a 2-wheeler, and possess a valid driving license. Fresh graduates 2026 passouts welcome.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic Electrical Engineering is a must.
• Knowledge of DG sets and power management systems is preferred.
• Antenna basics and GSM/CDMA knowledge is an added advantage.

• Ensure safe, effective operations and maintenance of tower sites to maximise uptime and energy efficiency.
• Oversee site uptime management, ESH compliance, customer management, site quality and process compliance, and energy and team management.

Job description

Role & responsibilities:

• Responsible for ensuring safe, effective operations and maintenance of tower sites in the assigned area to meet company's objective of delivering highest uptime along with cost and energy efficiencies.
• Key responsibilities include Site Uptime management, ESH compliance, Customer Management, Site Quality & Process Compliance, Energy Management & Team Management.
• Knowledge of basic Electrical Engineering is a must. Knowledge of DG sets, AC power management system, DC power management system, Battery backup system, HVAC, antenna & basics of GSM/CDMA technology will be an added advantage.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Qualification : B.E/B.Tech (EEE/ECE) 2026 passed out students without any backlogs
• Minimum 60% marks in Xth, XIIth & Graduation is mandatory
• Since it is a Field role, own 2-wheeler & a valid Driving License is a mandatory for applicants
