Job summary

Indus Towers is seeking a field roles professional to safeguard and optimize tower site operations. You will focus on uptime, energy efficiency, ES&H compliance, and customer coordination across the assigned region.

Candidates must have a BE/B.Tech in EEE or ECE, with at least two years of telecom infrastructure experience, and possess a valid two-wheeler driving license to travel to sites as required.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in EEE or ECE is mandatory.
• Field role requiring 2-wheeler and valid driving license.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in telecom infrastructure.
• Knowledge of electrical systems and site uptime concepts is essential.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe, effective operations and maintenance of tower sites.
• Drive site uptime, energy and cost efficiencies in the assigned area.
• Manage ES&H compliance, customer relations, and site quality checks.
• Oversee energy management and team coordination as needed.

Job description

Role & responsibilities

• Responsible for ensuring safe, effective operations and maintenance of tower sites in the assigned area to meet company's objective of delivering highest uptime along with cost and energy efficiencies.
• Key responsibilities include Site Uptime management, ESH compliance, Customer Management, Site Quality & Process Compliance, Energy Management & Team Management.
• Knowledge of basic Electrical Engineering is a must.
• Knowledge of DG sets, AC power management system, DC power management system, Battery backup system, HVAC, antenna & basics of GSM/CDMA technology will be an added advantage.

Preferred candidate profile

• Qualification : B.E /B.Tech (EEE/ECE)
• Since it is a Field role, own 2-wheeler & a valid Driving License is mandatory for applicants
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Telecom Infrastructure
