Candidates should hold BE/BTech in EEE/ECE, own a motorcycle with valid license, and bring at least two years of telecom infrastructure experience.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in EEE or ECE is required.
• Field role requires owning a 2-wheeler with valid license.
• Minimum 2 years of telecom infrastructure experience.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for ensuring safe, effective operations and maintenance of tower sites in the assigned area to meet company's objective of delivering highest uptime along with cost and energy efficiencies.
• Key responsibilities include Site Uptime management, ESH compliance, Customer Management, Site Quality & Process Compliance, Energy Management & Team Management.
• Knowledge of basic Electrical Engineering is a must.
• Knowledge of DG sets, AC power management system, DC power management system, Battery backup system, HVAC, antenna & basics of GSM/CDMA technology will be an added advantage.
