Job summary

Indus Towers is seeking candidates for a field role focusing on the effective operations and maintenance of telecom tower sites. Applicants should hold a B.E / B.Tech (EEE/ECE) and have at least 2 years of experience in Telecom Infrastructure.

The role requires a valid driving license and own vehicle, essential for site management and customer interactions. Knowledge of electrical systems, including DG sets and power management, will be beneficial for successful candidates.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Telecom Infrastructure.
• Must own a 2-wheeler and have a valid Driving License.
• Ability to work in a team environment.

Role & responsibilities

• Responsible for ensuring safe, effective operations and maintenance of tower sites in the assigned area to meet company's objective of delivering highest uptime along with cost and energy efficiencies.
• Key responsibilities include Site Uptime management, ESH compliance, Customer Management, Site Quality & Process Compliance, Energy Management & Team Management.
• Knowledge of basic Electrical Engineering is a must.
• Knowledge of DG sets, AC power management system, DC power management system, Battery backup system, HVAC, antenna & basics of GSM/CDMA technology will be an added advantage.

Preferred candidate profile

• Qualification : B.E /B.Tech (EEE/ECE)
• Since it is a Field role, own 2-wheeler & a valid Driving License is mandatory for applicants
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Telecom Infrastructure
