Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Production Engineering (recent graduates or final-year students).
• Exposure to Creo, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, NX, or similar CAD software.
• Basic knowledge of FEA and engineering analysis tools.
• Strong fundamentals in machine design, strength of materials, manufacturing processes, and GD&T.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop components and sub-assemblies for Injection Molding Machines.
• Create 3D CAD models, manufacturing drawings, and assembly layouts.
• Perform basic engineering calculations and FEA for critical components.
• Generate and maintain Engineering BOMs and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with production, sourcing, and assembly teams to improve manufacturability and product performance.
• Support root cause analysis, design improvements, and engineering change implementation.

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and analytical Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) to join our Design Engineering team. The role includes a structured training period across manufacturing, assembly, quality, and service functions to build a strong understanding of Injection Molding Machines (IMM), followed by a transition into a Mechanical Design Engineer role.

Training Exposure

During the initial training period, you will gain hands-on exposure to:

• Machine assembly and manufacturing operations
• Hydraulic, electrical, and control systems
• Quality inspection and machine testing
• Service, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities

Key Responsibilities After Training (Design Engineering)

• Design and develop components and sub-assemblies for Injection Molding Machines.
• Create 3D CAD models, manufacturing drawings, and assembly layouts.
